Just For You Fitness
I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and weight management consultant. I have been a trainer since 1998. Many of my clients come to my studio. I also do corporate classes and wellness programs. My husband and I are very active. We enjoy hiking, mountain bike riding, and running. We will work together to create a workout that you are comfortable with and that will help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Each person is unique so every workout is designed with your needs and goals in mind.
